あっという間に年内最後のひと月となりました。
クリスマスの飾りつけでとても賑やかな園内に、
冬の寒さにも負けない子ども達の元気な声が響き渡っています。
In circle time, the children talked about Christmas and what they want to ask Santa for!
サークルタイムではクリスマスをテーマにサンタクロースにに何をお願いするのかお互いに話し合いました。
The Red and Blue classes reviewed clothing and places today.
They drew clothing items on the whiteboard, while their peers guessed what they were making.
RedクラスとBlueクラスは服と場所について復習しました。
子ども達はグループに分かれて、ホワイトボードに服の絵を描き、
その絵が何かを当てるというゲームをしました。
The children are playing winter themed games this month, and they started with a snowball fight.
They really enjoyed throwing beanbags to tag their friends!
今月は冬をテーマにしたゲームを楽しんでいます。
今日はお手玉を雪玉に見立て、マットを盾にして雪合戦をしました！
To learn about shapes the Owls talked about the difference between sides and curves.
They counted the sides of each shape!
Owlsクラスでは、Shapes（図形）がテーマとなりました。
辺をそれぞれの図形を見ながら（直線）と曲線の違いを学び、辺の数を数えました。
The Advanced Yellow class is focusing on senses in Kid’s Box 5.
They are learning to describe different tastes, sounds and textures.
Advanced Yellowクラスでは、Kids Box5のテキストを使って五感について学びました。
視覚、聴覚、触覚、味覚、嗅覚それぞれをどの様に説明したらよいか子どもたちみんなで考えています。
The Foxes learned about adjectives in their language lesson.
They played a fun game, similar to charades called Hedbanz, and tried to guess what card was on their forehead!
FoxesクラスではLanguage Lessonの時間にHedbanzというゲームをしながら形容詞について学びました。
一人が自分でカードが見えない様に頭の上にカードを置き、
他のチームメイトがそのカードのヒントとなるジェスチャーをしてヒントを出します。
そのジェスチャーをみて頭の上にあるカードを当てるゲームです。
Today the Cubs used the “magic c” to learn how to make lowercase g.
Cubsクラスでは”magic c”（魔法のC）を使って小文字のgを書く練習をしました。
曲線が多くて難しいgでしたが、丁寧にお手本を見ながら書いています。
To learn about colors in circle time, the Owls sorted toys.
Owlsクラスでは色をテーマにサークルタイムを行いました。
子ども達は様々な色のおもちゃを色ごとにグループ分けしてます。
The Foxes are learning “The Gift” as their December song in music time with Kaori!
FoxesクラスではBlueの“The Gift”という曲をMusicの時間に歌いました。
CMでも使われていた曲で皆さんも1度は聞いたことがあると思います。
歌詞が深イイので是非、聞いてみてください。
The preschool classes made cute Christmas wreaths for craft.
They enjoyed practicing their scissor skills and expressing their creativity!
Preschoolクラスではとてもかわいいクリスマスリースを作りました。
子ども達はハサミを上手に使って紙を切り、思い思いのオリジナルリースを完成させています。
